Children are admitted to the program on a space available basis throughout the year. The school year covers the months of September through May. A summer enrichment program is offered during June, July and August. 

There are three distinct programs offered at the school. The elementary and middle school encompasses kindergarten through grade eight in a traditional academic program. An extended day program is also available for those who need it. In addition to the elementary and middle school grades, there is a Preschool/Nursery program for three and four year olds which includes a full days schedule.  Additionally, a childcare program is offered for children ages six weeks to age two which emphasizes social skills and early childhood learning.
